Personal Remark:
Technically, the UN has the treaty-based authority to arrest US presidents and military personnel. Even citizens who commit ‘crimes’ against humanity, against nature, etc. What many people do not know is that the senate had long ago [in the 50s] subordinated the US to UN decisions via a treaty. A progressive would argue that treaties trump our Bill of Rights.
The only reason the UN does not weild its power is that we are not yet socially conditioned enough to submit to such authority. But they are working on it, and we must resist and belittle the UN as much as possible until it is neutered.
