When I first found that graphic, I thought “Poor baby”! Evidently it doesn’t bother them too much! That baby could eat us without batting an eye if he wanted to...LOL!

GOOD MILITARY MONDAY TO AMYS PLACE!
The Soldiers Code
1) I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.
2) I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender my men while they still have the means to resist.
3) If I am captured, I will continue to resist by all means available. I will make every effort to escape and aid others to escape. I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy.
4) If I become a prisoner of war, I will keep faith with my fellow prisoners. I will give no information or take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades. If I am senior, I will take command. If not, I will obey the lawful orders of those appointed over me, and will back them up in every way.
5) When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am bound to give only name, rank, service number, and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies, or harmful to their cause.
6) I will never forget that I am an American fighting man, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.
President Dwight D. Eisenhower, August, 1955.

Meg, I have made cream puffs a couple of times in my earlier years. They are similar to eclairs. I was amazed they they were not as hard to make as one might think. I’ve been thinking of making some soon. I may not get to do it before Christmas though, as there’s so much to do and I’m not sure I could make enough for everyone at the Christmas party. Heck, I am not sure I will be at my Christmas party...LOL!
My hubby was impressed by the cream puffs...I almost walked on water...LOL!

The budget should be balanced;
The treasury should be refilled,
Public debt should be reduced,
The arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled,
Assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt,
The mobs should be forced to work and not depend on government for subsistence.

Its now 2034 years later, and sadly still we’re unable to get it right!

But first, we must get a new President....one that loves this country like we do! I mean it! O never has expressed much love for our Military until President Bush’s new book came out and during Bush’s interviews he would say “my favorite part of being President was honoring the finest Military in the world” and since then, O has been using almost the identical words. Thats the truth!!!
Now I must get busy..busy!!

Good morning, JOHNN.
Everything on the menu sounds fabulous this morning. Hmmmm .... decisions, decisions.
Wait ... wait .... Okay, I’ve decided on the “SLIVERED ALMONDS AND HAM OMELET” with coffee and orange juice.
Thank you for bringing breakfast and getting the fire started. The fire is wonderful.
I enjoyed reading your poem while sitting on the loveseat near the fireplace.
Have a Delightful week.

The good news is we’ll have another warm up in a few days.
I love to post snow pictures..I don’t like to have it more than a day or two.....and never to drive in.
