"The president could have ordered this site shutdown" How does a president order the "shutdown" of a site that is hosted within the confines of a sovereign, foreign country?

Bad precedent. We might as well be China with their "Golden Shield Project" effort to censor every wikileaks domain. Censorship like that is similar to gun control; implement it and only the criminals will have the tools ... the sheeple are easily controlled. The Executive Branch has no business defining what websites can and cannot be viewed, especially as is the case with wikileaks, when the company is International. Find the leaks and plug them permanently.
