I join in earnest prayer for your granddaughter and for the babies!
The first obstacle has been overcome (so far); she has not been in labor for a while.
She will have to go to Texas for a procedure to reduce the size of the blood vessels feeding the bigger of the two twins, as it is getting considerably more than the other. (I think these two will be likely competing for some time).
Once that is done successfully, the prognosis for a fairly normal full term pregnancy--and two healthy babies--is very good.
