To: Retired Intelligence Officer

If he was born of non-citizens even if so in the USA and though his parents were later naturalized he is not eligible for POTUSA. This is personal with me as my brother and I who both served in WWII (brother killed on Okinawa) were born in USA of Russian immigrants not naturalized before our births. I gave up the thought of being POTUSA as a youth but still felt very proud to serve the Nation. In my case a unique circumstance exists because my father died before I was born.

Interesting story.

You had every personal reason not to come up with the correct Constitutional answer on this, yet you still came up with the right answer.

Jindal is not eligible.

Regards.
