Had a Senior Chief in EOD that had a happy face tattoo on the business end of Mr Happy.....he proudly displayed such at the start of each new EOD class at Indianhead.
Said he’s never been that drunk again.
I know this was a long time ago...but, I just found out about this hideous thing. She always says that women need to be their husband’s girlfriend. Well, she looks like her husband’s BOYFRIEND...biker boyfriend! It is so ugly—and so large! How stupid is this woman? Why not start out with a smaller version?
Do you know that she is also calling for the END of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” in the military?
That’s disappointing. She sounds very conservative. I don’t listen to her program but my brother does and was absolutely flabberghasted over the tatoo. Do you have a source regarding her view on DADT? Is it on her website? (I ask because I have dial up and it is extremely slow on searches etc.)

Dr.Laura is obviously, for all her bluster and bravado, very insecure. The gay groups had her kicked off tv with their disgusting pressure tactics. Now, she advocates for them.
She constantly changes her mind. She cheated with married men, married the last one, even though he had children, then created another child: her biggest gripes to her callers. I am sure she blamed the exwives of her boyfriends, and her husband, at first. But, if this cheater she married has another affair, this time on HER...will she blame herself?
Course, one could give her a bit of a pass and assume that her experience made her wiser, and she doesn’t want others to make the same mistakes she has. But, she goes off half cocked on things she doesn’t even understand! And she doesn’t even try to find out the truth! She will not investigate what the military members want and what it is like for them living in tight quarters—and kinds of problems this will create. The pressure the gay groups put on her to have her removed from TV will suddenly go into full effect on the military. The military runs on “bullying”; now all of a sudden the guys are going to have to be “sensative”!
She blames “baptists” for Fred Phelps church and critisizes all “baptists” for “not protesting” Phelps....Did SHE ever protest him?!
I heard her “nigger” comments, and I thought they were again, her shooting off her mouth, when she didn’t know what she was talking about. I was offended. It was ignorant and childish.
I hope that she is proud to be on the same network as the vile Howard Stern. I fear it is where she belongs. The “new” Dr. Laura has insulted and offended her fans and supporters. I think she is going to find that her books are not going to sell as well, and speaking engagements are not going to be as well attended.
I always wonder, not just with her, but others that “cave”, why do they feel compelled to say anything at all? What purpose does it serve except to generate problems? They profess to love tradition, love this nation and then proceed to damage all. Look at Ted Olsen; what prompted him to fight against the will of the people in CA? It's not like homosexuality is a natural condition. It's a filthy, despicable depraved form of sexual behavior and yet...people have convinced themselves that its normal...it's just a ‘different’ normal.
Well Pandora's box has been pried open and it's ugly. I don't see us getting a handle on this and if we can't reassert a moral code all is lost. God will never again bless this nation.

Baptists are not a tight-knit group. Phelps is white, male, nominally “baptist” and a nut. Should persons in any of the above groups feel the need to apologize? BTW, the tattoo is an eyesore on a lovely body. As a fellow white person, I apologize for Dr. Laura’s foolishness. Bob
