I was there just before 7 and there was a line. It was interesting to see a fellow in the line next to mine challenged that he was mailed a ballot already. He responded "I never received it." Heh, heh, heh . . .
Although you can't tell a book by its cover, I would guess he was most likely a democrat. They sent him to the supervisor to talk it over with her. I didn't notice if he ever got to vote or not.

Heh, heh, heh . . .That could go one of three ways - either he already voted with the mailed ballot and was trying to vote twice, the mailed ballot was intercepted by a 'rat and used, or the ballot was lost in the mail.
