If someone like the New Orleans Saints stepped up and posted a reward, the coke & heroin addicts would snitch in a second.

The addicts have the money for the expensive game tickets. The addicts and thugs- and their families and friends- VOTE.
They, and those related to/dependent upon them are the demographic majority here.
