Some folks drive a lot with radar detectors in Va, and don’t get caught. However, the cops in Virginia do use radar detector detectors (seriously). The Escort Redline and Beltronics STI-Driver are the only two windshield mount detectors that are undetectable electronically by the police. The ultra-expensive remote mount Escort 9500CI is also undetectable by electronic means.
