I am so sorry for the vitriol you are enduring. We are so proud of those who are courageous enough to stand on the front lines.
If what’s going on here is any indication, I can only imagine. Some people have no integrity when it comes to maintaining there power. Claw,scratch, and kick to stay in power. The ends justifies the means. Thankfully it is not making much of a difference here, people are seeing right through it but since it’s not-I just keep waiting to see what else they will do the more desperate they get. Now THAT is the fine upstanding people we want in power-NOT. ((((((((Iowa Granny))))))))

Heavenly Father, we praise your righteousness and your lovingkindness. We lift up your servants who are running for public office in the name of your people and with the people’s interests at heart, yet are being persecuted for their beliefs, their positions and their intentions by their opponents. We ask you to bind their opponents efforts, cast aside their attacks and open the eyes and ears of the public so they might see the deception that is being waged in the name of power. Please cover these candidates who are your servants and their families in your loving presence and give them the strength and endurance they need.
