Ever been to Hanoi, Vietnam? I had live woodchuck there. Not something I recommend.

I was at a Christmas party, and the hosts had ordered pre-made sandwiches..(party platters)
The looked and tasted just fine..
They weren’t.
I got a really bad case of food poisoning..
I puked so hard and so much I thought my heart would fail on me.
two things happen when you get food poisoning..
1. You’re afraid you’re going to die..
2. You’re afraid you WON’T.

Never found one that I thought was ok to eat, based on the street vendor's sanitation. But I was offered them.
If I had run across a vendor that was just pulling them off the grill, and they were above 165F, I would have tried a taste.
That's a rather distorted photo. So, I'm assuming that's a rat. If it's a beaver, well, this is a family forum, so 'no comment'.
