You’re wrong. I’ve done many stupid things in my life and I may do more in the future.
I have never voted for a lib.
I have never voted for skin color over substance.
I’ve never voted for some ass-hat that supports the killing of babies, even after they’re born.
I have never voted for someone as worthless as Obama.
I could go on and on, but I’m sure it would be a waste of time.
Oh, I have many flaws, just as all humans do, but to know me is to love me. ;>)
It is good that this poster feels bad about their vote and has perhaps seen the light, but my question remains.
Why would anyone do something so stupid?
Generally, it's ignorance. With schools teaching kids to hate Republicans and love socialism, and the TV, radio, and newspapers blasting the same propaganda, most people never sit down and think about whether the message they've heard all their lives is actually true.
It takes an actual event to wake people up and get them to think.
For some, it was Sept 11.
For some, apparently, it is the election of Barak Hussein Obama, and his destructive policies.
Some people are so deep into their delusions, they'll never wake up. For some people, being a liberal is so much a part of their identity, they'll never wake up.
And, as disappointing as it is, some people just never learned to think.
