No Ordinary Family is definitely Sci-fi. Superheroes-in-training! (S-H-I...oh, maybe I should’ve used another phrase.) Plus, the first and most of the second episode were fun. I certainly wasn’t expecting the ending of ep. 2!

I’m concerned that the ending of Episode 2 is going to lead to problems. There have been several shows that walk between light and dark, comedy and heavy drama including Chuck, Unusuals, Life on Mars, and Heroes and I find myself wondering if the heavy drama turns off the people who are there for the light and comedic bits and vice versa, people there for the drama turned off by the light humorous parts.
