I got them special order from my local Christian bookshop many years ago... Might check Amazon to see if they have a used set...

If you are just looking for a read, I will lend them to you - but once you have them, I bet you'll want a set of your own... And the two volumes are about 3" thick (each). A very loooonnnng read.
