Yoga is bad for me. I have tried several times and I have hurt myself each time. Once my neck the next time my back. It was purely physical nothing to do with my faith in God at all. BTW the yoga class was held in a church. I think seeing spiritual evil in stretching your body is more than ridiculous.

I understand what you are saying, but it isn’t about “seeing spiritual evil in stretching your body”. In my case, when I tried it, in a group, my thoughts and feelings were attracted to something very pleasantly dark and evil.... that is why I can’t do it.

As a Christian, I am responsible to stay away from situations that harm me... Yoga does...
