I suspect a bit of that goes on at Bunco :) Probably not all falttering. It certainly went on about Al Gore. Remember when he was seeing a consultant about being more of an alpha male with some nonsense about his color schemes. And what about John Edwards and the endless jokes about his hair.
I find HRC’s evolution fascinating. When the general public first met her, she was wearing power to the people headbands. Then that didn’t take and she went to serving bunt cakes and dressing like a Stepford wife. Then she went all chi-chi with a stylish haircut during the later 90’s. And now it’s a weird queen hillary look. I’m sure there are permutations I missed. But you don’t think it’s a little creepy the way she changes persona? She’s running for president. She’s going to have to expect that people take notice when she does 180’s. This one is more like an odd rotation thru n1/2 dimensional space.
