There are some dog owners ... that purposely have their dogs poop on YOUR property. They furtively look around to see if anyone is looking and if the coast is clear, you get the pile of poop. The plastic bag is saved for another walk. People are lazy. Some even think it's funny to have YOU clean up THEIR dog dirt. I'm not justifying her behavior but I can understand it. BTW, we love dogs too!

Some people don’t even carry bags on their walks. Some don’t even use bags provided for free at dog parks.

Several times I’ve looked across the road, watched a guy leave his property while walking his dog. He purposely looks to see if his neighbor is around. When his neighbor isn’t, he allows his dog to do his business on the neighbor’s lawn.

The guy walking the dog is a policeman.

Unbelievable. And most neighbors who let their dogs poop on the lawn are liberals. In their heads their is probably some pathetic excuse about how they are in a rush so its ok, this 400th time...I have dogs, and never leave the house with less than 6 bags. I prefer to walk on side streets on the pavement, so the dogs won’t go until we’re home. Some people are just lazy scum.

I guess it’s the same everywhere — people here purposely take dogs out in the dark of night to avoid others seeing that they don’t pick up the poop. Disgusting! Others carry the bags openly and only pick up if they know someone is watching during the day.

I don’t blame the woman for delivering the dog’s business back to the owner. I think I’d have put it in the mailbox, though.

And here in L.A., there’s a move afoote to allow people to harbor MORE dogs and cats than ever — the limit was 3 dogs per home and now they want to make it 5, or MORE. Probably changing cat limit to 10 or more. Usually none of the pets are licensed nor have they had their shots.

Pets are expensive and a big responsibility and people who have no business having them want more — unbelievable.

BTW, I love dogs and have ONE dog who is the most spoiled girl ever — also expensive due to health issues - she is up to date on shots and license - you name it. Yet I am the mean one on my street because I speak out against unleashed dogs, poop left on lawns, and lack of licensing, etc. Go figure...............
