In a Thursday interview with CBS Early Show special contributor Amanda Holden, Larry King replacement Piers Morgan talked about his new CNN show and who would be at the top of his guest list: "Well, I'd love to do President Obama. I like what he's done for the reputation of America abroad, which I'm not sure many Americans fully understand."

The second on Morgan's list: "Bill Clinton, another one....One of the most charismatic people I've ever seen." At the mention of Clinton, Holden gushed: "Oh, yes. I'd love you to interview him." Holden concluded her report by proclaiming: "[Piers] is a complete news junky and he tells me that he cannot wait for the next big story to break....he knew he wanted to be a reporter since he was 6 years old. Aww. Replacing Larry King is really a dream come true for him."

While teasing Holden's exclusive interview with Morgan earlier in the broadcast, co-host Harry Smith gave the British talker a ringing endorsement: "...the big headline, Piers Morgan gets Larry King's job....He's got an amazing, interesting newspaper background and he may actually have the right feet to fill those shoes."

I don’t have time to post every embarrassing picture of Obama. There are far too many!

America is no longer looked up to as the leader of the free world; instead, it is looked down on as a subordinate when it bows to other nations.

America will be looked up to again when we make a little change at the White House . . . like replacing the Usurper with an American.

Foreigners love a powerless, rudderless, feckless America. End of story.

This tool is totally in the tank for Dems. As a Brit I don’t know why he feels qualified to lecture American TV viewers about our business. Hiring a host of a half-@ss talent competition to interview politicians is about the most ridiculous decision since NBC hired Dem Party Cheerleader David Gregory to host “Meet the Press.” TV News is an unpaid longform campaign commercial for the Dem Party.

Another in what seems to be a trend of white British news casters and journalists leaving the UK and coming here to better their careers. Getting out while the getting’s good I suppose. I certainly don’t mind them coming here but I do have a problem with those that get here and then start bashing the country. They know why they left England though, they see the hand writing on the wall.

Is that why England rescinded its special relationship with us this year?

I don’t know if the vote succeeded or not, but they did quote the fact that Obama has abandoned that relationship.

He’s also made waves with Norway, huge ones with Poland, Israel and a bunch of others that don’t come immediately to mind. People I know in Columbia feel he’s betrayed them.

No, Europe doesn’t like him at all. This is just libs deceiving themselves and trying to decieve us.

By the way, on the comments underneath it said he was editor of the Mirror. I’ve seen the mirror, not only is it a horrid tabloid it is a totally far leftist socialist rag.

What a loser to put in at CNN.

You know, I can’t figure out why they want to rush to the bottom with MSNBC so badly, but I guess they do. CNN has always been left, but I guess there is something over at MSNBC that makes them jealous.

My guess is, like every other lefty talker this guys ratings end up in the dumpster.

Morgans’s comments just prove that he’s another foreigner who thinks he knows what makes Americans tick but really knows diddly squat about Americans.

All what this communist and his ilk succeeded in doing, is making Americans ticking time bombs that will blow the communists to smithereens!

I'd love to do President Obama.

I'm quite sure that 0h0m0 will oblige! Just don't invite wookie because she'll beat both of you homos to pulp!

Don't forget her "toned" arms, mother!

What else are we going to have in the media? The new crop will make the Kings and the Mathews look like archconservatives!
