Video? From WWII? I don't think so. Film yes, video no.

I don't remember videotaped programs appearing until either the late 1950s or early 1960s. There was a gritty format called 'kinescope' that was a filmed image of tv.

The BBC did do a lot of experimentation with broadcast tv prior to WW2.

Exactly, you can even see film artifacts (dirt) in the "video" shown on the clickable link.
