Hey, there - just wanted to catch up a little since Tuesday. Warm Fuzzy Wednesdays are always one of the sweetest days with all the adorable little critters everyone posts!
I just found this place the other day myself - everyone seems so friendly and nice, I think you'll love it here, too. :)
This is exactly what I mean. :)
Kitty is adorble! What a face!
Dalmations are the cutest things with all those spots. I have heard that they’re a real handful, though, and don’t know why or where I heard it. Either that they are VERY demanding or just very rambunctious and need a LOT of exercise. But truth be known, I believe that most dogs are pretty demanding and need, or want, a lot of attention. :)
These rains and flooding and tornadoes have really been wicked. Doesn't it seem the Hurricane season started earlier this year than usual?
I feel so very sorry for people who have lost their homes and precious belongings that can't be replaced. :(
Thanks for Elvis’ “You’ll Never Walk Alone”, yorkie. It’s so nice to be able to listen to all these great YouTubes all of you post!
How CUTE! Great job someone did inserting that cow beside the dolphin! Very good job!
Thanks, tiapam. I had forgotten some of the openings Amy’s been using lately and enjoy seeing them again. :)
Maybe we should all eat more veggies instead. :)
What a HOOT, Yorkie!!
Thank you, Sweet Meg; All is Well! In my Area, North of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, we Received a Good Rain, with Nothing Detrimental, so my Heart was Very Thankful for that. I'm Grateful to our Lord that you and your Family are Well.
Thank you for the Update on Baby Brooks, and my Heart is Rejoicing in the Goodness and Kindness of our King.
When you’re holding a hammer, everything looks like a nail

Busy & busier it seems with deferred work here on the home-front. Not much playing this summer but do get out for regular dog hikes & the cinema (but of course)
Quick trip to Chicago this weekend for memorial service of friend who died 2 weeks ago.. Nice to have the weather a bit cooler..60-70s = my ideal weather
I hope to catch up on the thread soon.. maybe when I get back home. I recall in 2003 the war thread was a couple thousand posts a day.. and we kept up!!!! You May enjoy THIS ... a walk down memory lane of Beautiful Women in My time (nice gentle background music)
In my college years I worked as a guide, taking boys on treks into Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. On one occasion one of my hikersa small, slow chaplagged behind and took the wrong fork on a trail. When we arrived at our campsite he was nowhere to be found. I frantically went out to search for him.
Just before dark, I came across him sitting by a small lakeutterly lost and alone. In my joy, I gave him a bear hug, hoisted him on my shoulders, and carried him down the trail to his companions.
In a story by Scottish writer George MacDonald, he describes a young woman finding a child alone and lost in the woods. She gathered him up in her arms and carried him home to her father, at which point she gained an insight that was never to leave her: Now she understood the heart of the Son of Man, [who came] to find and carry back the stray children to their Father and His.
I want you too to know the heart of Jesus, the Son of Man, who came to find and carry back His straying children to their Father, for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost (Luke 19:10). No matter how far you may have strayed and how lost you may be, He came to seek and to save you.
Good Morning Mayor. A beautiful illustration today.
(((HUGS))))
Missed you!
