Èlection EVE ! Dr. Escoffery's website gets FIFTY THOUSAND hits!
Official website ^ | 24 Aug 2010 | Dr Escoffery for US Senate

Posted on 08/23/2010 6:30:40 PM PDT by davidosborne

To all the freepers who said he would get LESS than 1%. If election eve website traffic is any indication of how tomorrow is going to play out. I would think Rubio is probably thinking that ignoring his opponent in a PRIMARY may not have been the best strategy. BE AFRAID Rubio. Be very Afraid. May God Bless every Florida Republican who votes for the REAL DEAL. Dr. William Escoffery instead of Marco Rubio!

I just got off the phone with Dr. Escoffery and his phone has been ringing off the hook all day with encouraging words from voters who have changed their mind and intend to vote for him tomorrow instead of Marco Rubio. But will it be enough? God only knows my friends

Appreciate your vote, “goseminoles”.

It’s been sooo relaxing, being back at work today after 2 weeks non-stop on the Campaign Trail! Bring it on, with all those coughs & sore throats, y’all!

(Now I know why John McCain always looks so trashed at the end of his campaigns!) But I was lucky ~ I have a great wife, Les, who not only made all the arrangements, packed the bags, stamped the literature AND matched my ties; but also drove most of the miles and always got us there on time!

THANK YOU LES!!! (And she’s ready to do this again?!) That’s my kinda-gal.

Bill

I’m sure it is nice to be home. I’m looking forward to putting my feet up also and watching the returns this evening.

I am only looking to break that 1% mark to tell all the naysayers they were wrong. I plan on taking credit for 1%.

When someone considers breaking thru the 1% barrier to be some sort of victory, you know it is time to begin the Lithium treatments.

Poorly written, blow it off. The article appeared to be addressed to the most gullible people imaginable to me.

Lol. All the FReepers who said he would NOT get 1%. And used that statement to convince sheeple to vote RINO RUBIO instead I hope will be proven wrong tonight. Anything over 1% is ABOVE and BEYOND expectations given the fact that Rubiorefused to debate him

ALL: I wish to take this opportunity to thank all of my supporters for their confidence and their vote for me in yesterday’s GOP Primary for the U.S. Senate from Florida.

It was a tremendous experience. I learnt a lot, including the fact that we were “A Day Late & A Dollar Short!” Well, perhaps more than a dollar!! Unfortunately, it IS all about the money: With a budget of less than 30 Grand, we were no match for a multi-million dollar money machine.

In that regard note how “newcomer” Rick Scott won his race with a mere $40 million investment!

... But I’m not complaining, this IS what it is: It’s all about the survival of the fittest & we just have to be “The Fittest” next time around.

So I’m planning to sit back for a few months and watch the Rubio/Crist saga play out. Then we’ll be back in the fray in the New Year, for a better funded & organized shot at Bill Nelson’s seat in 2012.

Thanks for all your encouragement!
Bill

Yeah, he came in, what, third?

You can get eight percent just from ballot position.

Like I said, this guy and the other non-entity (Mr. Nine Percent) were never a factor.

So you are basically admitting that you saw it as Rubio's job to increase your candidate's name recognition, instead of you and your candidate doing that yourselves.

Talk about a sense of entitlement - BWAHAHAHA! Guess what? Rubio's two opponents polled a total of 16 percent between the two of them. As I said repeatedly, they were NOTHINGBURGERS - and Rubio was correct in ignoring the little ankle-biters and focusing on the big dogs that he has to fight for a win in November.

Yeah, he's a conservative and chased the RINO Crist right out of the GOP. It's telling that you find supporting him to be so onerous.

I will support him. I just think he’s the epitome of a career politician and will be interested to see if he changes once in Washington.(If he becomes a RINO himself). He’s vulnerable to being swayed by special interests.

From what I've read, he has used that career to effectively promote conservative legislation.
