Well in Jacksonville Fl. you darn well better wait when the light turns green.... until all the redlight runners have passed the the redlight. It is common there...If you go when the light turns green you’ll get mowed.

I live in JAX at the moment. You are exactly right! I called 911 a while ago to report a semi that ran a red light on Arlington Expressway after my light was green. Had I or someone else been quicker to enter the intersection, we would have been creamed.
