You pass a car that is going slow. After the pass is complete they speed up and keep behind you.
How about the ones who speed up when you pass, and pace you in your blind spot? What’s up with that, insurance scam waiting to happen, think they’re hidden from radar, what? I don’t get it, but it happens all the time.
