Like Link Wray I think those two just came from a different time where albums even were different. Definitely bending the rules to put Chuck Berry’s The Great 28 on there, but Chuck drives more eyeballs than the other 3. Although all are enormously influential.
If you’re gonna use popular albums with singing on them as open for inclusion, I’d think you might want to also include so many more guitar based bands with wonderful guitarists like something from ZZTOP and Blue Oyster Cult—and I know I’m leaving out the blues guitarists from the black artists like Bo Diddley and Leadbelly.
