So, How many marriages end in divorce these days? Bad marriages have destroyed many people. Children are hurt the most. My ex wife divorced me after 9 years. She took my children and turned them against me. There is no way in HELL I would remarry if something were to happen to my wife of 28 years.
You have an ex-wife with whom you were married for 9 years, and she turned your children against you.
Now you’ve remarried, 28 years so far, but were something to happen to her you’d prefer to remain single. Is that right?
I totally get it, you’ve done your job, it’s not easy to live with someone, and especially at your age, getting used to another woman, with her idiosyncrasies etc.

That’s correct. Some men see what has happened to other men and decide it might be better to find a female they detest, buy her a new house and skip the marriage part.
The sad and pathetic part of this is a lot of women who are ruining other women’s chance for happiness.

Heard of them. I don’t think many of the fair sex would jump if one was used. It would be as if they won the lottery and couldn’t keep the prize. I would like to see insurance sold on marriage to keep a man from losing everything he has worked for most of his life if his wife finds a richer sugar daddy. I had that happen to me. ;0)
