I was thinking about that one too. The CCW class I took discouraged 1911s as CCW weapons, but I don’t agree with them.
In fact, it kills me that they stand in judgement on various topics like this, or weaver vs isoscles stance, etc. They should separate their “opinions” from fact. Some of the people in the class had never shot, and will take their word as gospel.
Exactly. Their job is to teach basic pistol safety, basic law, and marksmanship. Too many get caught up in their own bs.
