I DO think the best thing for the country would be for the BIG one to hit Kali-fornia and create an entirely new coastline, dropping off some of our "finest" west coast cities.

When this occurs, I'm sure our Goober-mint will pass a resolution to allow Kali to keep it's total electoral votes.
