Clinton has never been much of a drinker as I recall, I live in Arkansas.
He has always had that big nose, nothing new there.
Maybe age makes it look more pronounced than it has in the past.
As for his health that would be a question mark, my Dad had heart bypass surgery about the same time as Clinton did and frankly at his age, 86, looks better than Clinton does.
I doubt that Bill takes care of himself a he should.
Hope he does live to see a grandchild at least with Chelsea.

"Maybe age makes it look more pronounced than it has in the past." Interesting trivia: Like many other parts of our body, our noses also succumb to the effects of gravity, and begin to droop as we age, especially in our later years. So, in some people - men especially - the tips of our noses droop making them appear larger, although they don't actually grow, per se. Gravity is also partially responsible for the veins in our noses, but it's probably more because of the loss of collagen as we age.
