Great! I'd like to see Kerry continue to use all of these excuses to defend his buying a foreign built boat and birthing it in another state to avoid paying taxes. Legal maneuvering or not, Massachusetts voters will see Kerry for what he is.
Based on the history of Massachusetts voters, I wouldn't hold out much hope for that happening.
