Maybe someone could ping some of the good Doctors here at Free republic to see if they know a good Plastic Surgeon. I'd be willing to donate to that cause. This little girl has a whole childhood and life ahead of her and shouldn't be scarred to look at her face or worry about anything but being an innocent child.
