“how do you know there wasn’t a big bang? maybe God started the universe with a clap of his hands.”
The Genesis account states that creation started with God SPEAKING things into existence. (”And God said,’Let there be light’ etc.)
No mention is made of hand-clapping, but that does sound pretty cool.
