He just woke up one morning and decided he would call himself a Reverend because, if anyone challenged him on it, he could just claim that they were being racist!!

2) Rio Linda is an actual place in California. I’m not sure why he does the Rio Linda gag but, I assume that it has something to do with it being loaded (presumably) with California libs who are the product of California’s “progressive” education system. IOW, they know how to put a condom on a cucumber, but can’t figure out how to put one on themselves!!

3) Reich worked for Clinton on his cabinet and had some pretty rigid leftist ideas.

Rio Linda is located near Sacramento where Rush used to be a Disc Jockey on a local radio station. Rio Linda has a lot of trailers and cars in the front yard jacked up on cement blocks. Rush is making fun of the people who live there for being "not too bright".
