He would love to have one signed by President G.W. Is this possible?
Can somebody clarify this for us? We can find out eventually but were just wondering. There are so many things we have to think about and don't know about yet,now that he has made his decision.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give!
wonder what clinton is costing the usa since he retired..bet Obama tops him.
Perhaps a military forum might know? As a picture framer, I would suggest a creative mat that covers the signature, if possible.
You can get a letter from Bush Senior, Bush Junior, Clinton, Carter and Obama. Obama is standard and he will receive that regardless of if he wants it or not. Also many people receive them from Governors of the state and some Senators. Do a google search on getting retirement letters from the individual Presidents. The websites of the governor and Senators will have a way to get letters from them if you desire. President Obama is a definite that you have to have...sorry! I retire next year after 24 years so I feel you pain. lol. At this point in life, I would rather have Clinton believe it or not...that is how far our Country has gone.
Wait a few more years and Palin will be signing them.
I have a couple of friends who are delaying their retirement so BO’s signature will not be on their papers.
Forgot to say, as an example, you might have it matted so that your retirement photo or of something related to your service is strategically placed over the signature.
Good. Real "spirit of freedom" Americans know to refuse the mark of the beast.
I’m so glad I retired in 2007. I too would have had an issue with a Marxist signing my letter and certificate, especially since almost half my time was during the Cold War era.
The answer is yes; I had the dud sign mine last year, that’s the way it goes. Now, he can ask for another one once Hussein is gone. I know many retired service members who did that after Clinton was gone.
What effect would it have on his retirement if the poser is eventually PROVEN to be a poser?
Just retire already. Who the hell cares who signs it.
Obama will be the one to sign it; however, you can get letters from the living presidents for his retirement, also; my husband just retired and got letters from both Bush presidents and Clinton.
