One possible explanation is too much time in the computer in a bad seating position. Worst pain I ever had. Went straight to the doctor for all the tests then found out it was from sitting at computer too much.
Or, too much coffee. That will make you want an EKG also.

That too...had that issue big time with t-5, t-6 sitting at a computer desk working all day and night. Yes to what you said as well.

Sitting at a computer can cause a lot of problems. Rush said his back problems were from sitting.
From sitting the upper back muscles and arms can have all sorts of pains. Going to a gym and exercising with weights and machines helps. Lat machines etc. You do not need heavy weights.
