I've just re-read the entire story at the OP's link, and didn't see any of those three words therein... or even the title of the manga in question, for that matter. What source are you referencing, re: this particular story...?
I assume with today's girbilism standards the writer thought he had done awesome research by using the word “manga” instead of “Comic book”.
The story even being reported at all on the slowest of newsdays by the most addled leftard reporter only seems likely if it was something like this.
The stuff is sick, and growing in popularity among portions of the teen hacker/delinquent crowd.
