Honestly, I don’t understand how a TdF fan (presumably that’s why they were out there) could be so inconsiderate as to let their dog mill around that crowd and this event. Imagine if that was you, and your dog caused two riders to crash. That’s just unbelievable.

Dog invades Tour - Video - Culprit apprehended, shame, shame, to bed with you and no supper. Well it is Holland, everyone who has had a part in raising the dog will feel shame and wonder what they did to make him go bad and the dog will get off with a stern glance.
