Did you catch that music montage? Lance's back doesn't look too good. Must have been a rough fall. Not sure how it happened.

Speculation is that Lance’s saddle broke which threw him into the riders next to him, the scratches and stuff apparently came from him landing on top of another cycle.

Damnit! Lance lost time during the decent.

Everyone enjoy, they are probably Lance's last TdF moments.

Astana smells blood and is pushing really hard at the front of the Peleton. They want to put Armstrong away today if they can.

That was hope-beyond-hope. It appears that this was going to be a hotly contested stage, perhaps moreso than anticipated, and Lance wasn’t in a position to play w/ the leaders.

It’s all good - Floyd Landis just said Lance will get a blood transfusion, 37 1/2 injections, and take 500 pills tomorrow and then he will cycle away from everyone Tuesday. And Lance will not fail a drug test because everyone is paid off and looks the other way.

Armstrong involved in another CRASH! Did not go down, but had to evade. UGH. Lance looks like he has given up too.

So now the questions becomes - With Levi staying up front with the other leaders, does the focus of RS shift to Levi, or will they try to limit the damage and see if Lance can come back Tuesday?

Armstrong barking big time at the Eusketel rider that caused the crash. Lance lost almost a minute right there and he is pissed.

Too much bad luck even for Armstrong. Must take so much out of him physically and not least mentally. Oh, well, Lance has had the best the run in the history of the cycling sport, and this year’s TdF is far from over.

Interestingly .. Brako and Lance have pulled back 15 seconds at the bottom of the climb. They don’t look like they a pushing but are back inside 3 minutes for the moment.

To Lance!

Auld Lang Syne

You gave us a beautiful ride.

Should old acquaintance be forgot,
and never brought to mind ?
Should old acquaintance be forgot,
and old lang syne ?

CHORUS:
For auld lang syne, my dear,
for auld lang syne,
we’ll take a cup of kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.
And surely you’ll buy your pint cup !
and surely I’ll buy mine !
And we’ll take a cup o’ kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.

CHORUS
We two have run about the slopes,
and picked the daisies fine ;
But we’ve wandered many a weary foot,
since auld lang syne.

CHORUS
We two have paddled in the stream,
from morning sun till dine† ;
But seas between us broad have roared
since auld lang syne.

So, when do the doping rumors start about Astana? Nobody expected the team to do anything outside of Contador, and they are showing to be the best team by far. With their history does the spectre raise its ugly head?
