And, if too many people still question their qualifications, they should consider not running out of respect for the law.

A truly moral man (or woman) interested in public service should never pursue an office for which he knows he is not eligible. Didn't John Adams say our Constitution is only for a moral people and is not fit to govern any other? That means ''HONOR SYSTEM" is there on the document as a watermark. Discerning individuals should always see it.

Ineligible candidates with an internal sense of morals and conscience should disqualify themselves. The law should take care of the rest.
