I believe Obama is not eligible to be president, but that video is a horribly edited hack job. Cuts on words, audio up-cuts, never see his mouth.

I have been diligently following this story from mid 2008.
I have never heard nor seen this intro footage (first few seconds) Is this tape doctored or manipulated ? I cannot imagine Obama actually stating this...it sounds like his voice, but did someone CREATE this audio ?
