I can’t take issue with your other statements except, in my opinion, everyone that voted for obama is a traitor to the United States and the people that shed their blood and sacrificed their lives to create a Nation for us. They endured a winter with no warm clothes or shoes. They lost their fortunes and lives.Asd we surrendered on November 4, 2008 because we feared a race riot. You are correct, we do not deserve to live as free men and women, and by golly, obama and the Democrats will see to it that we don’t.
If what you say is true, and until it is proven otherwise, I will belive it is true, we have no right to critize the French.
I had family at Lexington, at Valley Forge, Trenton, “at the taking of the Hessians” after crossing the Delaware (quote from Rev. War pension app). I agree wholeheartedly with you that we have let these Patriots down.
However, most of us didn’t do it willingly but rather because we’ve become complacent. We don’t recognize evil, nor do we want to. We prefer comfort to diligence.
Some, particularly any who knew what this man was, may be traitors. Most who voted for him, I’m convinced, were (and are) mere dupes.
But all that is past tense. Now we must rise to the occasion and try to mitigate the damage before it’s too late.
