I don’t know. I’m not an expert, or anything near, on doctored video clips, so I just don’t know.

They're cut and pasted together. There's a whole bunch of them over at the "obamasnippets.com" youtube site. The Obama drunk one is pretty funny though.

I've read that's exactly what was done to the microfilm archives of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin and the Honolulu Advertiser.
