Oh man. (Yah, okay... but I can't say "O Woman" can I?) Those spices are GOOD! albeit pungent

The best airline meal I have ever had was breakfast on an Indian airline flying from New Delhi to Bangalore. Yes, you had to open up the cardboard container to access the contents, laid out something like a bento box. Food for the masses.

And also vegetarian, considering that most of southern India is vegetarian. But everything was delicious if unfamiliar -- though a bit spicier than I'm used to everyday; I am not used to having my breakfast leaving a burn on the lips, however delightful.

I know the name of NONE of the foods in that meal. No way to replicate it. Vegetarian in North America is at best boring; not so in India.
