No wonder it’s been so slow here!
Glad you’re back!

I put Ash in her crate so Frank could eat. She and Jake helped clean up, though. It was a dozen eggs with leftover pork barbecue. Very popular! Pat asked if we can have it again while we’re on vacation.

Well, I hope I'm not the one keeping the thread going! If that's the case, we are T-O-A-S-T this autumn because I will be doing (more than) my part to keep the airline industry alive. And Corporate won't pay for airline WiFi.
But it's good to check in. And hopefully tomorrow's parts will restore your truck!

I have frogs in my basement.
Apparently these frogs are rare.

You NEED them out of your basement now!
Relocate them to City Hall. Or your capitol campus.

Well, Northern Cricket Frogs supposdly “ONLY” occur at Glenmere Lake conveniently enough because Glenmere Lake is prime development property...
..And supposedly Cricket frogs won’t live near people..
*cough*
Cute little critters, even if they do look rather bumpy and mottled.

"Cute little critters, even if they do look rather bumpy and mottled." I'm starting to look that way a little bit myself. I don't think it helps my "cute".

Seaman Anoreth ping! (I did not know the dog died.)
***
Still underway. We have to wash the boat tomorrow, but I won't be doing that because I got late sleepers and don't have to get up until 10. On the other hand, I have to stay awake until 4, but ah well. It's gotten cold. I liked it better when it was warm out. Now I have to wear a jacket when I go to watch. Also it rains all the time again, so we must be in the North Pacific. 6 days until we are in Seattle again. My new computer should be there.
Today we are watching zombie apocalypse movies. I'm not a fan of these, as they usually take themselves way too seriously. We had to watch the one with Will Smith, of course. I don't like that movie. The dog dies. The food is bad again. I got lots of microwave mac and cheese in Hawaii. I'm running out, though, and will have to eat the ramen I got instead. Soon I will be able to eat Greek food all the time again.

I hate movies where the dog dies.
Having said that, good morning.
I’ve already done two loads of laundry, and will hang them up in a few minutes. I’ve finally figured out how to do my laundry without putting it off forever. Since I loathe sitting and waiting for the dryer to do its job (it’s a waste of my time to sit and WAIT) I’ve decided to hang everything.
I only dry sheets and towels, so if I break the laundry down into manageable parts, I can hang the sheets and towels outside (or inside) on the drying racks.
There is nothing useful in WAITING for clothes to dry. This way, I can at least FReep!!

It’s kind of scary that the microwave mac’n’cheese is better than the ship food.
To: Monkey Face
A dry climate can be a blessing. Here, the sheets and towels would grow mildew before they dried.

Uh-huh. Once they’re at sea, they can’t get any fresh food. At least they’ve got a microwave, and presumably a hot-plate to cook ramen.

Even hanging clothes inside, they are dry at the end of the day, and once I hang them, I can do something else while waiting.

Unnngh.
Off to Weight Watchers. If I don’t turn up again, it’s because the internet connection went gaga, like yesterday, so don’t worry about me!
