This is a remarkable genetic change with a number of cancers of different types, different genetic causation not explained by a change in one or two genes.

Perhaps our family is prone to genetic changes but I have seen a number of similar situations with a family clear of cancer for generations and suddenly the whole damn bunch gets it.

Whatever, I trust the oil drum people and they think nuking is not a good or workable idea.

You are making broad and unwarranted assumptions regarding the diversity of their procreation partner's genetic makeup.
