If we can get a nuke down the well then we can get cement down the well and theres no need for the nuke.

The nuke does not need to go down the hole, it can be beside the hole. When it goes off, it will - hopefully - seal it.

Like I said in a previous post, it is not a guaranteed fix, but if the only other option is to hopelessly watch all of the oil leak out over the next ten years, then it's worth a shot.

Not much difference, if you can drill that close to it then just go ahead and drill into the well bore and cement from there. There's just no need for a nuke in this case.
