I dunno, but I clearly remember in the 60’s when Blacks, Negros changed to Afro Americans (late 60’s early 70’s), they were not refered to as Africans.

That’s because “ Afro-Americans, blacks and Negroes” are American citizens and Barack Hussein Obama Senior was from Kenya, which had just recently become an independent nation and not a British Colony; and Kenya is in Africa.
To this day, many Africans do not like people lumping them together with American blacks. What do you think Michael Steele, Chairman of the Republican National Committee or Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas or former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice would say if someone was calling them “Africans?”

I realize that the following is a little bit beyond your IQ level, but if you were trying to foist a forgery off on the entire planet, would you leave a detail like “race: African” on a forged document which would immediately draw more attention and scrutiny to that document?
