I didn't miss his point. He has doubts.

Until Smith provides indisputable proof of his physical trip to Kenya, the provenance of his Kenyan BC

However, as I said, his Kenyan BC has withstood the scrutiny or let alone even scratched his birth certificate Your question is on the periphery of his Kenyan Obama birth certificate. He may have good reasons not to give his travel details because of being advised by his legal councel.

Polarik on this point. "Don't believe everything you see." Examining/Verifying the data on Smith's Kenyan BC doesn't establish the provenance of the document itself.

I do not believe everything I see. I gave you 2 examples of Kenyan BCs that I doubt are genuine in my last post to you.

To be clear, I wasn't suggesting that you believed the other two Kenyan birth certificate forgeries.

We'll have to agree to disagree about my questions being a peripheral issue. "How, where, and when" someone obtained a document are important to establish the authenticity of the document itself.

We have only Smith's story to address "how, where, and when." His word is not credible. Even if it were, I'd still want physical proof to corroborate it.

An attorney would advise him to release some physical evidence to establish the fact that he did make a trip to Kenya. The "on the advice of counsel" excuse doesn't fly.
