"What Do people Expect of Him???"

Oprah Winfrey gave her support to those suffering in the Gulf states, saying President Obama is doing the best he can to handle the oil disaster.

"What's going on in my heart is the same thing, everyone feels for what is happening to all of the fisherman and families who, this time of year, would be hosting people from all over the country and all over the world there," said Winfrey, who was in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday to speak at a middle school graduation.

"We can only hope and pray that this will soon be resolved in a way that people can pick themselves up and move forward," Winfrey added.

What do we expect the current occupant of the oval office to do?

Lead, follow, or get out of the way.

And as he is inclined neither to lead nor to follow, take the option remaining and please, PLEASE, get the H*ll out of the way.

That “best he can” line might be good enough if he hadn’t been opening his own mouth about saying how he’s in charge and gonna make sure it all gets done right.

She needs to be taxed about 75% more to pay for the clean up and to help the Gulf families.

I think she’s right. He’s doing the best he can. It’s not like he is competent to lead, or to accomplish anything.

He is best at shaking people down, calling people racists, and blackmailing people into doing his bidding.

He is incapable of being useful.

It’s the effort that counts, you know.

BTW, since there’s no way she could possibly know more about this than everyone else in the country, she needs to STFU about this.

And, since she’s been running her mouth about everything (like beef production, remember that one?) for decades, she’s long past the time that she should have STFU about everything.

So did President Bush, much better under pressure I might add than the guy in the white house. Obama stood by while the oil gushed, hoping for his special little crisis to bloom. The Coast Guard is even messing up.

Gosh, now why on Earth would Zero be motivated to escalate the crisis, fail to coordinate a response, and take two vacations and a number of taxpayer-funded political junkets during the two months of this mess -- while undermining what little future US petroleum production had been left? Hmm? Let me think...

I'll give Oprah credit where it's due. She has done some good things with her money. Unfortunately, she can't seem to find her way off the Democrap plantation along with 98% of the rest of "black America."
