Oh my friend you know not of what you speak.(write). Oil is very different from place to place. The specific gravity is very different. Some refinery's can only handle a specific oil since it is so unique. oddly enough Hugo's oil is some of the most rotten stuff around and can ONLY be refined in the US where refineries were built specifically for it.

I guess I am not as smart as you. Your link as to why this Gulf oil can not be skimmed is where? Certainly, since you know so very much about the topic and I know so little, you could give me that link? I don’t care about the refining process. I said that the oil could have been skimmed ansd still can and I got gobbledygook from you. Why did the Dutch offer to do it of it can’t be done? Or are you smahyah than them, too?
