“Sounds like someone looking for publicity. If he is so sure about 0bama not being born in Hawaii where was he in 2008? And even then, what would be stopping him from doing it now? Why does he have to threaten to do such a thing, why not just do it?”

Although I wished this was true, I’m inclined to think it is bogus. This fellow really was part of the office that checks things (WND verified that), but if you read the article he only claims his supervisor and other higher ups said President Obama had no BC. His “testimony” is hearsay. I’m pretty sure that “hearsay” carries no weight in a court. Plus, he superiors can just say they never told him any such thing.

Now does this give one some reasonable pause that it may be true. Well yes, depending on your inclinations to believe it. However, is it insufficient evidence to accomplish anything but keepin those alread inclined to believe Mr. Obama was not born in Hawaii to keep believing so? Personnally, I don’t know.

I wished they could prove he wasn’t born in Hawaii or that there is no real documentation that he was (a witnessing physician or midwife). It could just be his mother or grandmother simply requesting a BC to ensure U.S. citizenship and the benefits associated with it. The lack of official documents that he was born in Hawaii does not mean he wasn’t born there....he could have in born at home or in a stable in Wakiki beach! That may well be the situation, if there is a lack of hospital birth record. This would explain his reluctance to release the long form. It may not exist and it would create doubts.

However, the lack of a long form only create doubt...he could still have been born in Hawaii.

The actually record could reflect he was born outside a hospital and that later (days maybe?) his mother sought post partum care for the child and herself. Does this prove he was not born in Hawaii? No, only that he wasn’t born in a Hospital, etc. However, it would create doubt since he has claimed to have been born in a hospital. The way his records are treated, we may never know.

.
It’s his obligation to prove he was.

If he was born at home we would have heard about that. It would be family folklore.

The more this drags on, I have more doubt that he was born in the US. He is now mocking roughly 50 percent of the population by holding back a BC if he has one.

I have switched camps. I dont think he was born in the USA. A US citizen would show his BC and Order Mr. Lakin to get back to work.

This guy is a total scumbag if he's holding back a US BC.
